Transit Courier 1.6 TDCI 2015 Clutch Issue

Featured Replies

Hi there

I had a clutch and dmf replaced on my vehicle at 2800 miles due to clutch whoop, 1700 miles later and the whoop is back, vehicle is still under warranty but i just wondered if anyone has had this issue,  i know that on the Focus they were having lots of trouble with clutches for various reasons, it whoops in first gear when you drive up a hill, its not the Hill Assist either, it does it when you pull off at the lights and i stopped at a speed bump pulled off in first gear and it whooped then too, it does it on the flat and on inclines, be they they steep or slight as in the case of the speed bump! basically the same symptoms i experienced before the clutch and dmf were replaced.

i'm ringing Ford tomorrow as the vehicle is still under warranty so was just interested in hearing peoples comments as maybe forewarned is forearmed
