Got fiesta zetec s and found black plastic component about 70mm x 50mm with the spare wheel attachments in the boot. It.s got part No BM51-1402-CA embossed on it.

Ford in Lincoln don't have it on their parts system. Ford live chat can't help either.

Just intrigued as to what it's for. Seems over engineered just for holding the polystyrene in place with the retainer.

It is over-engineered just to stop a wheel mounting screw from moving to be sure.
