Removal of stereo with built in sat nav climate etc

Hi everyone,

i have a 2006 mondeo and it's the model that has the sat nav. The unit is all in one which controls the climate control, stereo and the navigation. If I remove this then I have no controls for the cliemate control and air con. Is there a way around this as I have a Sony stereo I would prefer to use but don't want to not be able to control the hearing and air con.
