Loss of power

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone, I'm a first time ford owner and lately I've been experiencing a confusing problem regarding the loss of power in my Ford Fiesta 2007 model. it first began months after purchasing the car which i assumed it just needed a service. The car started fine one morning but as i drove into work the car began to shudder very lightly, then the engine light came on and i immediately took it in for a service, the shudder stopped and i drove for months fine, then suddenly it happened again and the mechanic found that there was liquid by my spark plugs which i then got my tappet gasket cover replaces and the shudder went away, it rained the other day and the problem occurred today again but I'm not sure what is wrong! if anyone have any info, please assist? My water tank is not cracked, as I'm using coolant and i checked that too. My coil pack is fine too so I'm really lost and confused...... Please help?

Have any EML lights come on the dash
