Split Vacuum pipe

Featured Replies

Hi

Could anyone please tell me what part I need to buy?  This is a vacuum hose (I think) I have taken 3 photos. Please take a look. The car keeps trying to cut out when idling, sometimes it does actually cut out. The engine management light came on once too, so I got it read, and garage said it was"running lean", but couldn't pin point the problem. I'm hoping that this hose IS the problem.

Car is 2001 focus 1.8 petrol

Thanks in advance for your help

the first photo you have circled the pcv valve and hose. so you need a new pcv valve hose. known to collapse and or split.
