When replacing the passenger side fuse box on a 2007 1.8 mk2 focus is it a straight forward plug and play job or does it need to be programmed by a Ford dealer once fitted .

    I would say it may need reprogramming as I believe it is more than just a "fuse box" (the GEM). You may be able to do this with an ELM327 cable and Elmconfig.
