can anyone help me with a radio problem, please? I was playing a (brand new) cd in my Focus when I switched the engine off; when I started the car again, the radio was completely dead. There is still a ring of light visible round the edge of the on/off button, but that is all. I have tried to switch it back on that way without response. There are no flashing signals of any kind to suggest an error message and I can't even get the disc out of the drive.

    If you have the radio code, you could try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins to try and reset it.  Other than that, I'm afraid I don't know.
