SYNC Bluetooth keeps disconnecting my phone

So every time I try to connect my phone it disconnects after a second of being connected? Any ideas?

    Yep.

    try removing and re-adding your device, if not, switch the radio off and un plug and reinsert the fuse for SYNC, this fixes most issues I’ve ever had

    Hi my phone plays music through my Bluetooth and is connected by sync but I can’t phone on my sync anymore and keeps saying disconnected even tho I have rest my phone and sync in car any idea

    What phone do you have I had trouble with a Samsung A5 - kept connecting disconnecting every few minute, now have a Moto G7 and its rock solid - can you try a different phone for a few days?
