PLEASE HELP! MY EARS CANT TAKE NO MORE

Featured Replies

Would anyone know what might cause my front os wheel to screech and grind like crazy?

driving under 15mph its a loud screeching/grinding noise, over 15mph its a quieter scraping noise almost sounds like a train on a track (chuga chuga)

braking or turning doesnt effect the noise however it only seems to happen the day after washing my car, the noise is there after that for about a week maybe a little longer then goes away until the next time i wash my car?! any advice or help would be greatly appreciated .

well when i was my car my disc's go a coppery colour, i drive and it does go away, i dont get a screeching but i do get a sort of squeak on breaking.

No its almost like a really harsh grinding noise, my discs dont look coppery i took it to a garage to have discs and pads changed but they refused to do it saying my brakes were brand new!

maybe give it a post in the fiesta sub forum, someone should know.

Just check there are no metal shields (think ball joint shield) near or touching the brake disc.
