Windscreen wiper problems

0000 or 000 either will do

I would hesitate to scrub the windscreen with wire wool, sounds a bit drastic to me.  One thing you haven't tried is Cerium Oxide paste.  You can get it on Amazon, read the reviews.

theres no way on earth soft fine wire wool is going to mark tempered glass lol.

and i've scraped an entire windscreen using a stanley blade prior to applying a sealant ,  which is considerably more drastic , again with no probs at all so long as you use plenty of lubrication

On my 2015 car, the original blades juddered slightly on the driver's side at the bottom edge. I put Bosch wipers on and the same still happens, although the Bosch wipers seem quieter. On the later 2016 model Titanium, I have the same exact problem as the other car. I have friends with Fiestas who have the same problem...I think it is a design fault.

Wire wool I heard is best to clean glass with but I think the courses one.
