i have an odd issue with my clutch pedal.  it works a1 pressing clutch in and engages the gears fine, the issue is when i release the pedal. it feels like it catches the carpet or something when returning, only for a split second, but really annoying. i have had a look around it and cant see anything obvious. i have read up on the internet and the clutch return spring is mentioned alot, does this issue sound like that spring? all i can see about that is it is hard for the pedal to return to position, but i have no issue with that, just this 'catching' about an inch up from its lowest position. any ideas?
