Remapping a Mondeo 2.0 diesel?

Hi all,

Recently purchased a 2013 Mondeo 2.0 138 bhp diesel. I don't seem to get a lot  on mpg even on a run and the power seems a bit flat?

Heard a lot about re mapping, websites says power up, mpg up, engine torque up. it costs around £299 any opinions on is it worth it and has anyone had it done?

    Diesels are a bit lifeless. 3rd gear is great, but as soon as your run out of revs and have to change up, the power just disappears.

    Check the Mondeo forum on here rather than General Ford Chat, I'm sure somebody has posted their results on a remap.
