Have just brought a 2015 Ford Kuga seem to have issues with my Hands Free,I have paired my Apple IPhone 6s to the car and all synced ok

i can play music,receive Texts but have issues with receiving and making call whereby cannot hear incoming calls or when making calls if I turn volume up to max can just about hear it

Have Done a complete reset on my iPhone and also resynced phone to car but still no good

Would be interested to know if anybody else has had this issue and found a way to fix it
