SAT Nav Sync 2

Featured Replies

Hi is there anyone who can give me advice?

My sat nav doesn’t fully work as in when you put an address in, sometimes a message will pop up saying ‘this address doesn’t exist’ or ‘send to middle of range’. Does anyone else get this message? I have the updated SD.

now Ford has given me a new SD card but to no avail and now they have turned around and said there’s nothing they can do??

surely I have some rights as the product was faulty to begin with?

Its a focus 2015 newer model

thanks

Geth

Depends when the street was built. Your new SD card is probably 2016 some time. Ford don't exactly update the maps as much as google or tomtom does.

Yes just click on send to middle of address it will still guid you right i have had it a couple of times.
