Alison 66
Hi, I have a 2009 Ford Focus, yesterday morning which was absolutely freezing here, I tried to open my bonnet. When I turned the to the left the locked clicked as it always does, then when I turned the key to the right to open the bonnet, it would not budge. So I thought it must be frozen. Drove off to the park to walk my dogs and after walk tried again to open bonnet. Turned key left and, nothing. Turned key right, and nothing. Tried several times but nothing is happening. The temp here yesterday did not rise above 1 degree c. My question is could it be frozen inside or had it more likely broken and if this is the case any idea how much repair/renew will cost?
