Can someone tell me or point me in the right direction of how to check the serial number of my radio I’ve tried putting the code that I’ve got in and it doesn’t seem to be working do I have to remove the radio to check the serial number

    switch radio on and either press and hold  2 and 5 or 1 and 5 or 2 and 6 . 

    been so long since ive had to do it. then numerous letters / numbers scroll on display. what you looking for is the serial number that starts with a v then numbers after. 

    with that serial number either contact ford garage (£10 at least ) or search ebay.
