Hi folks. After a bit of advice.... recently purchased a 1.6tdi on the basis of needing a more suitable family runaround. We purchased it on the basis that it had all the Sat Nav and gadgets. The sync unit was faulty so took it back to the dealer who has replaced this. However, now they are saying it never had Sat Nav. I know for a fact that when I picked it up, it said on the screen to insert sd card for navigation system. Could they have replaced the unit with a non Sat Nav one? We still have he touch screen with dab and all that, but it’s now as if the car doesn’t have the navigation functionality. I am 100% certain it had it before, otherwise, why it ask for the sd card?

any advice is greatly appreciated.
