Why is it impossible to find new replacement pistons that match the old ones for my ?

FORD FOCUS II SALOON (DA_) SHDA TYPE 1.6 100 HP YEAR 2007

The factory fitted ones have casting marks 8A6G-CA2   30/6/07 with smooth crown

When trying to order replacement ones they are different on the crown with recesses for the valves, part number below

Piston 87-141300-20 Nural Engine 4M5G6105CC

Perhaps the new part has superseded the old one.  Speak to the nice parts boys at your Ford dear and they can check that for you.

Thanks for your reply
Ford dont even list the piston part numbers(online parts list) and i have read somewhere that its is not advisable to mess with the  bottom end
My local ford dealer(Cyprus) Larnaca is not worth the visit
I have purchased a used piston from eBay which matches and will fit new rings
