Haynes

Featured Replies

Whats happened to Haynes? Every car ive ever owned ive always bought the Haynes to go with it with no problems. I cant seem to find one for my current car tho. 2012 mondeo tit x sport 2.2 diesel.

Can anybody point me in the right direction or have I missed something along the way?

Hayne’s have missed plenty along the way lol.

but I have no idea of the answer to your question.

They look at sales to justify publishing a manual.  The Mondieu hasn't made the top 10 since the 90's.

the days of diy have long gone for the majority of car owners, im supprised haynes is still in existance .

The internet is free and far more useful than Haynes anyway...  There is one for the Mk4 Mondeo but it doesn't cover the 2.2TDCi.

or us sad folk on here.

I have the Haynes manual for the MK4 and the S-Max/ Galaxy diesel book (6299) that covers the 2.2, the Internet is also handy.

...and what Ian said

The Haynes book of lies is good.  You haven't lived until you've turned the page to be face with a random picture of an Allegro engine bay while replacing a head gasket.
