I have a Ford fiesta ghia 2008 and lately my alarm goes off randomly for no reason and when I put key in ignition it comes up on display that the rear drivers door is open when it’s not . I find it frustrating and annoying especially when alarm goes off late at night or early morning..what is the problem and how much will it cost me to get it fixed.

I like the auto hold function, but it seems to frequently turn itself off between uses - is it meant to be like this? It's fine during a drive, but often has switched itself off after overnight parking. The battery was new last year and the auto stop start works fine; software is up to date too. Any other poosible causes?

Sorry just seen this wasn’t notified you messaged. Let me check voltage this morning for you. We buy cars from the DVLA meaning they come without keys. We have new keys made for every car and old ones are deleted. -

Well it's been sitting here still in the box, I've got so much to do at home in-between work just not had the time to switch it over although the software has already been done. I will get it done before the weekend though and a service as well -
