I've just ordered some new springs to lower the car (35mm front , 30mm rear) and I have a rough idea of what to do from previous experience but looking on the web I can't find a single instructional guide? Does anyone have a link to one or could do a right up? Would be much appreciated

    To be honest the Fiesta is pretty average as far as changing springs go, so if you have a look for videos or write ups it will be very similar.

    Just be very careful if you are using those threaded type spring compressors - I ditched mine in favour for a hydraulic unit as I change springs regularly and don't wish to risk having a finger crushed.

    Haynes manual is another option

    The only thing I find that can be a pain is the anti roll bar drop links. You are meant to be able to hold the centre with an Allen or torx key while you turn the nut but the usually rust and seize badly. They can be a hit or a miss
