Mondeo ST220 tdci window washer problem

Hi

I have a Mondeo ST220 tdci 2006.

The problem I have is that my window washer takes around 4 pushes to get going.

It also doesn’t let the headlight washer work?

Is it a new pump needed?

    Sounds more likely to be the stalk.  The headlight washers use a separate pump.
