Help required D.A.B not working 2013 focus 1.6tdci

Hi I have a 2013 Focus 1.6 tacit and all of a sudden the dab stopped working. It finds a channel like KISS... it displays what’s on kiss... but there is absolutely no sound, no crackling nothing... I then go over to fm radio and all is working fine. I have reset sync that changed nothing in the dab settings. I disconnected the positive and that reset nothing... I have removed the whole head unit and that changed nothing... I have replaced the roof Ariel and still no joy. It’s like it needs to be reset maybe if that’s possible? Or if anyone has any suggestions that would be mostly appreciated. Many thanks Aaron

    Did you post this on the Mk3 facebook page as well?  If not, someone else is having exactly the same issue.

    With everything that you've changed, I wouldn't be surprised if it's the unit itself at fault now.  Do you have Forscan to check for faults?

    Yeah that was me lol yeah I’m beginning to think of that really... no I don’t have forscan
