No injector pulse.

Featured Replies

Hi to all, was having trouble with the dpf, getting dpf blocked codes and going into limp mode. Attempted a forced dpf regeneration using Forscan programme. The process started but at 43% it failed and told me to try again. At second attempt about 5 or 6 minutes in with the engine revs at about 4000 the revs start to drop, when they reached about 2500 the engine just died! The engine now will not start. I seem to have good compression, I'm seeing 235 rpm from my scanner on crank so assuming the crank sensor is ok, fuel rail pressure is also good on the scanner but I've got no injector pulse on any injector. I'm thinking maybe the dpf regen process has shut the pcm down in some way or at least shut the injectors off. Or maybe there's a "protection kill switch" I'm unaware of? Any help would be much valued and appreciated.

Regards to all.
