Rattle noise passenger rear

Hi if you are getting the rattle noise that a lot of Focus owners seem to have. I found the solution to mine after changing rear drop links and rear shocks that were pretty much knackard anyway. I still had the rattle noise. So I stripped rear passenger calliper off and found that the butterfly wing shaped spring wasn’t seated correctly. So this caused the pad to jump up and down when hitting small imperfections in the road and causing the metal on metal sound. I have now reseated the pads properly and test drove it and hey presto no more noise. So anyone else that have the same problem it’s worth checking out.👍
