Ford Focus White Screen

Featured Replies

The screen on my '64 plate Ford Focus has suddenly gone all white.  I have tried locking the car for a while but it stilol shows white when I get back in the car.  Any ideas as to how to fix it or is it erminal ?

How long did you leave it locked? Sometimes needs a good 30 mins to shutdown.

Otherwise can try pulling relevant fuses or disconnecting battery for a bit.

I have just gone back to it after leaving it an hour and it cleared.  Many thanks

I do have another problem with the Sat Nav.  A few weeks ago I suddenly stopped seeing maps, I still heard the instructions and there was a diagram on the screen showing turn left turn right etc but the map had gone.  Any idea ?  Should I start a separate thread for this
