New car battery installed alarm now won't stop

Hi all.  Ok so had to install new car battery today in a 2011 cmax. All was going well until putting the neg terminal back on , now the horn blares, headlights, wipers come on and head washers pop out and horn won’t stop until I remove neg lead from battery. 

Weirdly also the Dash spedo is also stuck at 60mph.
Car has keyless entry. I tried locking unlocking car with the hidden key in the fob but getting no where fast 
Any ideas what I have done wrong and how can I sort this please ?
