Ford Fiesta Question

Featured Replies

Hi all

I’ve a friend who’s got a 1984 Ford Fiesta 1600cc

its got 7000 on the clock and has been in a garage for 30 years

it was bought from a main dealer and she still has original paperwork.

Shes looking to sell it and I thought there’s no better place than on here to get a good idea of what it’s worth and the best place to sell it

1.6? Making it an XR2? If so then I'd guess at around £7-8k. I'm no expert on classics though, so only a rough guess lol. A similar example to yours but a lower spec 1.1L engine went up for a classic car auction a few months ago but only got like £2,500 due to it not being an XR2.

Well there's one spanner asking for 20 big ones on Autotrader. There's no way they're worth that much... yet.

With that mileage I'm sure you can sell it for more than most mk6 and mk7 fiestas
