Mk6 Fiesta Zetec S Front Bumper Rad Clips

Featured Replies

Evening All

Just looking for some advice on this if anyone has any experience? I have an issue with the front bumper on my mk6 Fiesta Zetec S where the two mounting clips at the base of the bumper where they clip in to the bottom of the rad shell (see photo attached), have completely snapped off of the bumper moulding. Does anyone have any experience or advice for repairing this?

Initially I wanted to try and just replace the whole bumper, but this is proving impossible to find one that is painted and not going for stupid money. This includes looking around all the cars for breaking on Ebay.

My thought is to just fab something up out of sheet metal and pop rivet it to whats left of the mounts on the bumper.

Thanks for your help all

Dean
