Morning,

So, I got a new mobile telephone for xmas...this one has enough capacity to run applications!  

So to save taking the laptop every time, can anyone recommend a decent ELM327 Bluetooth adapter to work with Android?  Needs to work with the Forscan app & the VAGDPF app at the very least!

So, I'm struggling to find out if any of these dongles support both Ford & VW diags?

So far it's looking like the tunnelrat for Fords and Carista for VWs.  Anyone know if both can be supported on one dongle?

I've been looking also, vags are a separate dongle. I purchased the modified forscan dongle with a cable from eBay earlier a few quid cheaper than tunnel rat but has the same specs. I would have like to do both also, as my partners brother and step father have a Skoda and polo so would of come in handy. the carista is £15 for next day delivery on amazon, but may be cheaper on ebay……    I suppose the torque pro app, with the torque pro dongle?

I think Torque works on the other dongles as well.  It's just the car-specific ones that don't seem to and they're the ones I mainly use.

When I was looking on amazon there was a torque dongle that said it was made especially for the torque Pro app so all of the app can be used, as some others are really limited on the information they can read....
