Hi everyone,

I have a 2016 Kuga with Sync 2 with a very temperamental system where Bluetooth is concerned, and I'm getting no where with our local dealer (surprising I know!)

My wife and I have android phones, Sony and Samsung respectively. Does any one else have issues where connecting can take ages and streaming music can result in stuttering and speeding up and down of the music (we use Spotify, but this doesn't seem to be the issue either, as I've tried reinstalling a much older version in the hope it rules it out)

I have updated my system to 3.10 that Bannko provided but not seen any improvement to streaming.

 

Thanks in advance for any insight given!
