All started when wife drove on very low tank (as usual) topped up fuel but car started to chug etc . Dirt , water etc going through injectors ? car was very noisy after that when cold so changed fuel filter myself , added redex with BP ultimate diesel since but car not going as it should . Every morning car starts first pop but immediately cuts out unless small preasure on throttle.  No loss of power and car runs as it should when up to temp ... been searching for similar problems but still no better off . Help 😣
