Had my fiesta around a month it's on a 66 plate and done 20,000 miles, the sat nav works when and if it wants, I called in at Perry's Ford in Alfreton and asked if they could sort it for me? It needs updating says the very nice man, oh says I! can you do that ?not a problem says the nice man, we will get you a new memory card, oh good says I thought it may have a fault? , no says the Man we do a cheap version at £176 But that's not comparable with yours so it will be £240 ish!!.  Has anyone else had to update theres and was you charged £240 ish.

    Ah well you didn't say you were doing it under warranty. In which case, it shouldn't cost you for it to be fixed.
