Dear all

I have a car,new to me,  with Sync 2 and have a little difficulty  getting it to dial the correct name. 

It seems to ring surnames which  are quite different if they have a common first name and vice versa even if the other name is quite different.

I don't have a heavy accent possibly a North London one rather than Received Pronunciation.

I was wondering if it is possible to use voice commands to call a number on the Speed Dial?  

It would be a good halfway house avoiding wringing the wrong person.1

Probably obvious once you know but it has me stumped.
