Can't get into Sync settings

Hi,

I have a 2016 Fiesta ST and I updated the Sync software downloaded from the Ford site, I believe the installation was fine, I let it run for 30 mins but nothing confirmed it was completed. So I switched off the car and went back inside. Now when I go into the menu and click on Sync Settings it does nothing, so I can't reset Sync or anything.

Any ideas of what can be done? Or is it a matter of going to the Ford Dealer and getting it re-installed again?

    I did the same and it said it was done, but then by mistake I did it again but after that one another text came up "your update is now complete and you can remove the USB". So maybe do it again.

    Hi darrennir, did this work for you? I'm currently having the same issue but can't select 'INSTALL' because I can't get into the SYNC-Settings menu..
