2012 Focus juddering/ kangarooing at low speeds

Featured Replies

My 2012 Ford Focus Edge (75,000 miles) is juddering/ kangarooing/ jumping at low speeds in first and second gear.  The problem does'nt really occur over 2500 RPM and I havent really noticed it in any  other gear than first and second. Its very uncomfortable to drive when it is doing this, typically doing 3-5 "jumps" and then stopping. There's no check engine light on in the car and the car seems to run perfectly once travelling at a decent speed. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong? Thanks.

What engine?

I was getting that when my pcv/crank hose was collapsed and stopped since it got replaced. Had a split in it too...

Mine does the same thing. Have you figure out what the cause is ? I noticed that around the PCV hose (before the TURBO) there is oil/oil vapors. How can i check if it leaks? Engine 2.0tdci euro 6.
