Removing Focus 3.5 rear door panel

I have a very small dent in the rear door close to the door handle which I want to push it out, can anyone tell me how to remove the  interior door panel  please? (With electric rear windows).

    Thanks for the link, looks reasonably easy to do but having looked at it I don't think it will give me access to the area where the small dent is.  It's about  50 mm from the bottom of the window, and from the inside there appears to be some rather substantial metalwork blocking the way.  But thanks for the post.
