Same thing happened in my ST Line, got them replaced no bother last week. Car is 18 plate.

    Please could somebody tell me if I am able to purchase the broken switches only or is it the whole panel that needs to be purchased I have exactly same issue as photo above on my daughters 2018 ford fiesta

    Sadly you have to buy the complete switch panel assembly.

    Check out eBay, they are often on there but zoom in on the photos as some that are for sale are already cracked.

    This s a well known problem. I hade mine replaced under warranty without question. I would raise this with Ford Customer Sevice and request a goodwill replacement.
