Mk4 ST Line X global close windows

I have a 2019 1.0 ST Line X with keyless entry. 

On all my previous focus's with keyless,  when i locked it by touching the handle, keeping my thumb on the pad, the windows would globally close.

On my new mk4, the global close only seems to work if i hold the lock button on the remote and not when i keep my finger on the handle touchpad.

Has anyone else found this or do i have a fault?

    Yes, my Titanium is the same.

    I have tried re-setting it with Forscan but no difference

    Have to use the remote I'm afraid
