Hello brought a Ford Focus zetec, was told it has Bluetooth, aux and usb input it has all these but cannot get any of them to work, ideally would like my phone to be connected. What am I needing to do to get this problem fixed

This might not be your problem but this is the problem I had. On my Fiesta it has aux (3.5mm line in ) , USB and Bluetooth.  I could not understand how it worked but I did not realise you have to press the Aux button multiple times to select which input you wanted. And then someone on this forum told me.

Thank you I have tried that already, however still no luck. Anything else I should try and do

Are there already other phones stored in the Bluetooth section?  You can only store so many so may need to delete previous owners to add yours.

Your phone might not work with the USB, have you got a USB drive you could try?

Aux is a really basic function, it's just a big set of headphones essentially so there's no reason for that not to work.

If I remember right, to get AUX to work you have to connect your phone using the Jack that’s positioned at the top of the glove compartment when you open the door to it.
