Hello recently bought a Ford focus 2011 and had problems with my Bluetooth it plays my songs and stuff but in the speakers it will pop or crackle can be annoying sometimes skips misses songs now I have a Sony experia Z3 phone could it be that the phone is old and isn't compatible now I tried the aux I wanted to see if there was a way you can skip songs with the controls on the steering wheels or on the cd player in anyone knows anything to help will appreciate it thanks 

No you can't control the music through the head unit. It has to be done on the phone itself. This is the case for all phones plugged in using Aux.

Thanks do you know anything About the Bluetooth cracking and poping sound in speakers??  

I have seen the problem when somebody connected an older iphone to my stereo in my 2011 car. There is an update for the stereo from Ford that updates the Bluetooth module software for better compatibility. There are links on this forum to the download files with instructions although this may already have been done on your car. I will have a search for it and link it here if I can.
