OE Number Query

Hopefully somebody can help me with OE numbers. 

 

1595291 and 1595298 are the shocks listed for my vehicle.

1360155 and 1360156 are another set of Ford shocks. 

Spurious parts I've found online are listed as compatible with both sets of the above. 

 

My question is, are those sets above compatible with each other? ie a 1595291 and a 1360156? If so why the different numbers? If not, why not?

    Are all these parts the same? And again, if so,  why all the different numbers?
