Changing Fiesta to newer model

Featured Replies

Hoping to trade my 2014 Fiesta titanium 1.0 ecoboost in the next couple of months for newer 2018 model budget around £13000 range (that price includes whatever I get from my current car which is mint condition 21000 miles). 2019 models are just beyond what I can afford just now.

After looking at other brands BMW mini,  vauxhall etc I keep coming back to the Fiesta,  one thing I or more the missus would like is reversing sensor/camera on the new car. I'm not able to fit a kit myself.

Can anyone tell me which 2018 Fiesta come with reverse sensor/cameras, dealership websites don't always show full details.

Thanks

I believe the camera was an option on all models.

I think the Titanium X and Vignale models had parking sensors standard.

Although, plenty of models on the market that have had the option box ticked from new so worth shopping around. If it isn’t clearly advertised, it’s either calling the dealer to find out or checking on the pictures. The parking sensors should be easy enough to spot on the bumper, the camera is just about visible next to the boot grab handle above the rear reg plate but needs a good photo to be able to zoom in and check

There has been much confusion on this one. Afaik, at present, the Vignale, Active X and ST-3 have the rear camera pack (which includes rear sensors) as standard, optional elsewhere, though as @DG97 mentions, they are popular options and the box has often been ticked, especially on Ford Direct cars. For a short while after launch, the Titanium X came with the camera as standard (but not sensors) which caused some bother at the time, but both are now options on that version.

A quick scan on Autotrader, trying to find something that fits your requirements as close to Scotland as possible there's this

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201905318525669?maximum-badge-engine-size=1.0&aggregatedTrim=Titanium&radius=1500&year-from=2018&price-to=13000&postcode=ab101aa&advertising-location=at_cars&make=FORD&sort=distance&model=FIESTA&onesearchad=Used&onesearchad=Nearly New&page=1

so you should be able to find something that meets your needs.
