Upgrade media system?

Hello I have a 2015-16 Fiesta ST that is lacking the reversing camera... as I don't know anything about the internals of a car is it possible to upgrade to the latest sync 3 with reversing camera support? If so what would it cost roughly? Bare in mind I would have to ask a company to install it.

It isn't possible to install sync 2 or 3 in the mk7 fiesta (well I dont think anybody has dared to attempt it before).

You can however install the satnav unit which has support for a reversing camera. That's a relatively plug and play retrofit. Good luck finding a garage willing to take on that kind of work. DIY I'd have a rough guess at £300-£350 for the parts. Maybe £500 in total to have a garage fit everything and activate it using Forscan. Seems like a lot of money for a gimmicky reversing camera.

It is possible. There’s a thread on this US forum. https://www.fiestafaction.com/forums/#/topics/57194

Youll need to import the parts from the US as they aren’t available in other markets, as far as I know.
