Lights not working on fiesta mk7?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I've recently bought a fiesta mk7 sport 1.6 tdci.

When turning on the parking lights they don't respond at all. The green light comes on on the dash to say that the parking lights are switched on. However the tail lights, front parking lights and rear fog light doesnt work.

But when you turn the switch another notch the dips work fine and so do the full beams. The brake lights work too and so do the indicators and reverse lights.

I have checked all the fuses and relays and I've checked the bulbs and the switch obviously works because it's turning on the green light on the dash?

Has anyone had this problem before? Any recommendations would be appreciated because I have no idea what else to check.

Something to note is the front headlamps have been replaced as they were stolen along with bumper.
