Ford Fiesta '09 Bluetooth Audio? - No USB Option

Featured Replies

Good day,

I would like to play music on my Ford Fiesta 2009 Trendline 1.6 via BT Audio however, I do not see that option. When i press aux twice it stays on the aux page and the doesnt do anything.

I read that the software might need to be updated however, my car does not have a USB port, only an aux input, is there any other way to update the cars software? Maybe OTA or is there perhaps a usb input somewhere else in the car?

Tested a couple of phones and all of them behaves the same. It connects via Bluetooth, it is able to make calls and if the calls ring, it comes through but still, i cannot play music.

Kindly assist.

Regards.

You probably don't have the correct module for Bluetooth audio. You've probably got calls only.

They can be swapped, but it's reasonably pricy for a second hand one and you need to change various parameters via IDS or forscan too.
