Ford fiesta parts on fusion

Featured Replies

Hi I am just wondering if there is any parts from a fiesta that would fit on a fusion 2 e.g bumpers and other things thanks .

Not sure about body parts...but some engine or running gear..brakes etc. might do.

We have a 2007 Fiesta and a 2010 Fusion, both with 1.6 petrol engines.  A lot of the running gear is the same, and it looks like everthing under the bonnet, but I think very little of body/trim is interchangeable.  Certainly rear bumper is different.

Fiesta - Fusion

Elements match:

- engine and equipment (1.25 + 1.4 + 1.6 + 1.4 TDCi + 1.6 TDCi)

- suspensions (without springs)

- brakes

- propulsion system

- interior fittings

- car audio

Completely different are:

- all body parts

- dashboard (without accessories, these are compatible)

- seats

- external lighting

- windows and exterior mirrors

- wheels

Of course, you should compare e.g. Fusion 1.6 with Fiesta 1.6

You should also compare both cars by year. Fiesta had a facelift at the end of 2005, Fusion also.
