Hi all

Any advise and help would be much appreciated. 

I have a 57 2.4 tdci rwd transit. There is a loud ticking noise when you start the engine. The ticking noise is in sink with the revs also. 

It sounds like it’s coming from the cooling fan pulley or the cooling fan. Is this quite an easy job or has anyone else had that sort of noise and it not what I think is. 

I’ve not long had the crankshaft pulley replaced and a guider pulley replaced hence why I think is possibly another pulley that has it.
