Bluetooth, no volume

I have a strange thing with my Bluetooth, it connects ok and will make calls but there is no volume coming out of the speakers. it is totally mute !

I have tried 2 other phones with the same result. It is also mute when streaming music.

I have been using Forscan and Foccus and I am wondering if I accidently adjusted something

2016 Focus estate Titanium, sync 2

    I did work when I got the car 2 months ago, but then the volume went quiet

    You can get the "As Built" data online and compare it to what you have changed, this may give you a clue of what you may have accidently changed.
