SYNC sometimes not responding Phone USB AUX

Featured Replies

Hello,

My car is Ford Fiesta 2016 SE.

SYNC version: SYNC (basic system) and SYNC with MyFord.

Sometimes during the drive and also during the parking mode SYNC works and then don't work after 5 minutes. Not working I mean that CD and Radio are always work, but USB, Phone (Bluetooth) and AUX input are in not responding mode.

Please have a look at the URL image. It always shows that phone connected and its battery is in low state and no cellular data.

I tried to remove and insert the SYNC fuse, but it hasn't helped. Also tried to disconnect and connect battery negative cable.

Thanks.

Try running a system reset through Sync
